Villa Magnus was conceived as an antidote to the ordinary. Surrounded by hundreds of ancient olive trees on the limestone plateau between Noto and the sea, it is a place where time slows, beauty is everywhere, and silence becomes a luxury in itself.
The Pool
A Horizon Without End
The centrepiece of Villa Magnus is a 14-metre chlorine-free infinity pool whose edge dissolves into the Ionian Sea beyond. Saline, sun-warmed, and utterly silent — it is the defining memory every guest takes home.
Sunbeds, shade, and the scent of olive trees. Nothing more is needed.

A magical place — the “Sicilian Dream” come true. A house carefully crafted for harmony and relaxation, an amazing view, and a property full of olive trees. In the morning all you hear is the birds and the breeze. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Beautiful and peaceful villa in the countryside of Noto. The house is very well done and equipped, the view with the pool super nice and the surroundings very quiet. A super responsive person on site to welcome us, with local gifts. We loved our stay.
The house sits in the middle of the countryside, in a very quiet setting. Small towns like Marzamemi and Pachino are quickly reached, and Ragusa and Noto are nearby too. The house was very clean and well furnished.
A truly peaceful escape. We had the best time, especially outside at the table or by the pool surrounded by olive trees — absolutely dreamy. Salvatore was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. Highly recommend.

Yes. The minimum stay is 3 nights from October to May, 4 nights for June and September, 5 nights for July and 23–31 August, and 7 nights for 16 July–22 August.
Is the pool heated?
The pool is a saline, chlorine-free infinity pool, 4.5 × 14 metres. It is not heated, and is most comfortable roughly from May to October.
Is the villa suitable for children?
Yes — a baby crib and high chair are available on request. The pool and countryside setting mean children should be supervised at all times.
Do we need a car?
Yes, a car is essential. Catania airport is about 1h 15min away, Noto is 30 minutes, and Marzamemi is 20 minutes.
